Dear Prague Weekends,
 It's funny that you emailed as I literally was just about to contact you and tell you all what a fantastic trip we had thanks to Prague Weekends.
 
Firstly, the organisation was superb. The pick ups were always on time, and both the shooting and strip boat provided us with unforgettable memories. Free beers with the shooting was very well received, and the guns themselves were a great laugh, particularly as we got to take pictures with them afterwards.
 
I would also like to praise the customer service side of things. All staff, particularly yourself, were really helpful in the run up to the event, and that made payment and organisation very smooth.
 
Finally, I would also like you to kindly feedback to staff / management about Justina (our tour guide). She was incredibly friendly, really helpful and even joined in with our banter to tell the group that we were going to boring castles instead of machine gun shooting (the majority had no idea about anything I had organised, and so were incredibly surprised / elated when they arrived to be told that they would be firing AKs). So please thank her for being amazing.
 
If there is a formal feedback survey, on say trip advisor or something, that you would like me to fill out I would be more than happy to.
 
All the best with everything, and when I return to Prague at some stage I will certainly use you guys again.
