What is Jumping?

Jumping® Fitness is a sport that is practiced on special trampolines in an entertaining way. It's not a jump park or a children's trampoline. It involves a series of exercises that alternate to the tempo of modern music, requiring no dance talent, and engaging most muscles in the body (sometimes even ones you didn't know you had). :)

Typically, slower and faster tempos alternate to ensure a thorough workout and effective calorie burn. The trampolines are designed to absorb each jump, minimizing joint impact. The maximum weight capacity of the trampoline is 130 kg, and jumping on the trampoline is suitable for everyone except those with heart conditions and pregnant individuals.

A positive side effect of jumping is burning a significant amount of calories (approximately 700 kcal per hour) and gaining a smile and good mood (Caution: very addictive!). :)

Never tried Jumping before? No problem! Come and give it a try, we'll explain everything. The most important thing is to relax from your daily routine and enjoy the class!

 

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, such as shorts and an extra pair of sneakers, for your Jumping Fitness class. Additionally, it's a good idea to bring a towel in case you'd like to freshen up with a shower after the session.
